Coconut and Orange Clusters

Description

Super quick, super easy no-bake chocolate and coconut clusters make a tasty sweet treat for kids (and adults) and all you do is pop them in the fridge for 30 minutes!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of melted milk chocolate
  • 1 ¼ cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp orange zest (orange rind placed in the oven for 25 minutes to dry out and crushed)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Gold sprinkles (optional)
  • Grease proof paper

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Place drops of the mixture onto grease proof paper.
  3. Sprinkle with a little coconut and gold sprinkles to finish off.
  4. Place in the fridge for 30 mins until the clusters have hardened.
