Oh these are the recipes I just LOVE to use. The ones that are SO simple, that everyone compliments you on, that you can whip up in a jiffy with one hand tied behind your back! It’s not that I’m lazy, no no no. And you most certainly are not! It’s just that life can get complicated, and frantic, and the standards we set for ourselves get so high. You can end up feeling a little deflated, when your complicated 50-ingredient vision of dessert doesn’t QUITE work out like it did in the picture! Not so, with a Lemon Pots Dessert – only 3 ingredients!
ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS! Yup. That’ll be lemon juice, cream and castor sugar. That’s it folks. And some fresh berries for decoration and color pop! There it is!
This recipe is often served in restaurants as a ‘Lemon Posset’. However, I prefer Lemon Pots or Lemon Cups as a name.
It takes less than 10 minutes, then you pop them in the fridge and forget about it until serving time! AWESOMENESS! Make sure they have around 45 minutes to an hour to set, just to be 100% sure!
