  • 75g Castor Sugar
  • 2Tbs Lemon Juice
  • Fruit for Decoration

Instructions

  1. Place cream and sugar on medium heat.
  2. Stir on heat until sugar is dissolved
  3. Add lemon juice and a bit of lemon zest (optional)
  4. Pour into glasses and refrigerate until set (45 minutes to an hour)
  5. Decorate with fresh berries or seasonal fruit
