- 2½ cups of Graham Crackers
- ¾ cup melted butter
- Marshmallow Fluff (or make your own: 2 cups of marshmallow/ 1 Tbs honey)
- 300g milk chocolate
Instructions
- Crush the Graham Crackers into fine crumbs to make up 2½ cups
- Mix in the melted butter and press into a lined rectangular baking tray roughly 6 x 11 inches, reserving a few of the crumbs to sprinkle onto the final layer, the chocolate.
- Spread the marshmallow fluff onto the biscuit layer. To make your own Marshmallow Fluff: place the marshmallows in the microwave until melted (roughly 1-2 minutes), mix in honey and spread over the biscuits (quickly before cooling).
- Melt the chocolate and pour over the marshmallow fluff layer.
- Sprinkle over the remainder of the crumbs and place into the fridge until set.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
