I just love the sharp, bright lines of the red and white of these layered jello cups – perfect for a Festive Christmas dessert. And it’s so easy to make, but it just takes a bit of time in between, to allow each layer to set, but the effect is so worth it!

Festive Christmas Layered Jello Cups Recipe
Description
Gorgeous festive jello cups layer red and white for a cheerful and beautiful Christmas dessert!
Ingredients

- 1 box raspberry jello
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 sachet of gelatine
- 4 dollops of cream
- 4 fresh/ bottled cherries (with the stalks)
Instructions
- Mix half the pack of jello powder (roughly 20g) with 125ml boiling water until dissolved.
- Pour into four equal quantities into four festive glasses of your choice.
- Allow to set for an hour or two.
- Mix half a can of condensed with half a cup of boiling water and half a sachet of powdered gelatine. Mix until dissolved
- Pour over the set raspberry jello, making sure that the levels are the same.
- Allow to set.
- Make the remainder of the raspberry jello and pour over the set condensed milk.
- Allow this to set and add the final condensed milk layer.
- Add a dollop of whipped cream and finish off with a cherry for garnishing
