So simple, so thoughtful and so pocket friendly! All you do is infuse some olive oil with fresh rosemary in a slow cooker or on the stove top, for about an hour (lid off). Allow to cool, and pour into your bottle. You can pop a sprig of rosemary into the oil after for visual effect. Great to keep around for your crusty baguette and roasting chicken or veg!
