French Patisserie Party Invitation

We set the mood with a beautiful invitation that let everyone in on the theme for the day. Our patisserie party invitations will transport you straight to the streets of Paris – they feature a pastel pink Patisserie shop with treat-laden windows, dreamy café lights and of course, the Eiffel Tower to top it all off. Sophia’s little friends all knew they were in for a real treat just by glancing at her invitations!

French Patisserie Party Printables

You’d think we’d be used to it by now but it amazes us time and again what a “wow” factor printable decorations can actually create. Sophia’s party set up was no exception. The main table really looked so gorgeous and felt like it had been plucked straight out of a Parisian travel guide. Cath used a pastel pink and white stripe tablecloth which really speaks to the theme because that style is synonymous with a Parisian café.

You’ll notice in the background is a feminine pastel pink patisserie party welcome sign which resembles a classic patisserie shop sign, which Cath hung with some satin ribbon. The Parisian lamp post and signs are all also printable, believe it or not! They helped Sophia’s little friends find their way around the party venue and help to bring the theme to life. To reflect some other elements from the invitations, we strung some café lights up too for a real authentic patisserie shop feel.

Here’s our birthday girl ready to celebrate in style at her patisserie party!

And then what we all came for…the patisserie shop spoils! Cath went all out with beautiful, delicate mini desserts that looked straight out of a French patisserie…and tasted heavenly too! We set out macaroons, mini tartlets, chocolate eclairs, croissants and a bunch more divine pastries. We used our printable patisserie labels as the finishing touch on the party table, featuring pink and white stripes with a vintage banner and editable text.

Instead of a cake, Sophia opted for a magnificent macaroon tower which we decorated with some fresh flowers for a feminine touch. If you do want a proper birthday cake, however, we’ve got your covered with our show stopping patisserie party cake topper. It features the same patisserie shop, lamp post and Eiffel Tower details from the invitation, in an adorable printable format. Print out on card stock, cut out and place on top of your cake to finish it off.

The favors we kept simple but very on-theme, by gifting each little baker a set of pastel measuring spoons. Cath was thrilled to find spoons that matched the party colors so perfectly…it’s like they were made for our theme! The great thing about this favor is that after a full morning of sugar-laden snacks, this is a totally candy-free option and it’s very practical. Unlike some favors which may collect dust in the back of a cupboard, these will actually be used. To finish each spoon set off, we tied on our printable patisserie party favor tags, which feature the same elements from the invitations to keep it consistent.

So there you have it! Our top tips for the perfect patisserie party that has a wow factor without breaking the bank AND is super easy to set up!
