Quick, easy, healthy and UNICORN THEMED! Ah. WINNNNNEEEEEEERRRRRRR! A recipe for berry and banana unicorn lollies!

Recipe for Unicorn Lollies (pssst…..don’t tell the kids, they are kind of healthy too!)
Description
Super delicious Summertime treat / snack that is healthy AND refreshing AND delicious AND unicorn-themed! With a berry layer and a banana layer.
Ingredients
Berry Layer
- 200ml coconut cream
- 2 cups of mixed berries (strawberries/ rasberries/ blueberries)
- 3 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Banana Layer
- 200 ml coconut cream
- 4 small bananas
- 2 tbs peanut butter
- 1 tbs honey
Instructions
- Blend the ingredients for the berry layer together
- Blend the ingredients for the banana layer together
- Place in ice pop mould one layer at a time
- Place ice pop sticks in the centre of each mould
- Freeze overnight and Enjoy!
