Rosemary Infused Olive Oil

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 rosemary sprig

 


Instructions

  1. wash the rosemary well and then dry heat it in a hot pan for 1-2 minutes.
  2. place the rosemary sprig in a suitable bottle and then top it up with olive oil. I used a tall 250ml bottle which worked really well.
  3. seal the bottle and then decorate with a label and tag.
