- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 rosemary sprig
Instructions
- wash the rosemary well and then dry heat it in a hot pan for 1-2 minutes.
- place the rosemary sprig in a suitable bottle and then top it up with olive oil. I used a tall 250ml bottle which worked really well.
- seal the bottle and then decorate with a label and tag.
