The most delicious, more-ish brownies with fudge frosting! Lip smackingly good! Make them Halloween-ish
Ingredients

Brownies
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 6 heaped tablespoons cocoa
- 1 tsp salt
- 1tsp vanilla essence
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cake flour
Fudge Frosting
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2–2/3 cups icing sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Splash of boiling water
Instructions
Brownies
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Melt the butter on the stove, remove from heat and add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour mixture into greased rectangular dish (roughly 30 x 30cm) cake pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool.
Fudge Icing
- In a large bowl, cream butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in cocoa and vanilla.
- Add enough hot water until the frosting achieves spreading consistency.
- Spread over brownies.
- Cut into bars.
- Decorate with fondant googly eyes and orange/ yellow/ brown M&M’s
