Amongst boys and girls alike, laser tag parties have become extremely popular in the last few years. So it was no surprise to Lou when her son William decided he would like a laser tag party to celebrate his birthday.
So we got to work designing a super cool laser tag party themed set of printables to bring Will’s party to life! We had a lot of fun creating this setup and it sure was a hit with the kids! Here is the end result.
Laser Tag Party Invitations
All good parties start with the perfect invitation. That’s our philosophy anyway! This vibrant green laser tag party invitation certainly hit the mark, featuring targets, a laser gun and green laser beams. All the text is editable giving you free reign to pop in the information you need to.
Laser Tag Party Printable Decorations
We stuck to the colors of the invitation when setting up Will’s party and love the striking contrast between the black and bright greens!
It may look like a lot of work but this was actually really simple to set up! We made use of the laser tag birthday banner which features neon laser beams contrasted on black backing. As you can see it packs a real punch. We strung up strips of neon ribbon to emulate laser beams behind the table but you could use anything from crepe paper to fabric to create the same effect.
It’s the smaller details that made a real impact with this setup. We used our laser tag water bottle labels to wrap around a drinks dispenser filled with bright green soda.
Our super cool cake topper features a target with editable text and a bright green laser tag gun. Print them out on cardstock, attach to a skewer and secure into your cake. The cake itself was covered in plain white frosting and then we scraped out laser beam lines using a skewer and painted green food coloring in the tunnels.
Our cupcake toppers are equally eye-catching and made Will’s cupcakes look super cool. There are 3 designs included and all the text is editable.
Add the finishing touch to party favors with these cute laser tag party favor tags. Keep party favors simple, like we did, by sending kids home with a bag of bright green gumballs or sweets. Always a hit.
The final piece of the puzzle to the whole setup are our food labels which we always like to personalize with on-theme puns or labels. For example, green gumballs could be projectiles and so on. Have a little fun with it.
This is one of those parties that doesn’t require an intensive setup because the main attraction is the laser tag itself, so you really don’t need to go overboard with decorations. Our printables make making your party setup look incredible, effortless. Plus they’re easy on your wallet!
