Tasty, bite size taco snacks that will get any party started!
Ingredients

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 500g / 18oz ground beef
- 2 Tbsp taco seasoning
- Tinned diced tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- Tortilla Wraps
- ½ cup grated chedder cheese for the top
- Finish off with your favorite taco topping: sour cream, guacamole and salsa
Instructions
- Add olive oil to pan and fry ground beef. Break up ground beef finely using a fork. Add taco seasoning. Add tinned tomatoes and salt to taste. Cook for a further 10 minutes.
- Cut discs from the wraps using a cookie cutter and place in a greased muffin tin (small for bite size or medium muffin tin for slightly larger cups) add spoonful of cooled ground beef filling and top with grated cheese.
- Bake in a 200°C or 400°F oven for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and wrap ends are crispy.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream, guacamole and salsa…garnish with cilantro.
Notes
Don’t have Taco Seasoning…make your own:
1 Tbsp chilli powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
¼ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
